Last week Xref Canada took part in HR.com Virtual Talent Acquisition webcast by hosting a webinar “Reference Checks, It’s Time HR Got More Serious About Them". The webcast proved to be the ideal forum for us to discuss the increasing prevalence of automation in business process improvement and why the HR industry is no different. In this particular webcast, we looked at the role of reference checking in the recruitment process and how a prudent referencing system can offer genuine value by ensuring the substantial time and money that are invested into hiring the right candidate is resource well spent.
